Our schedule and who coaches each class is done on a weekly basis and is finalized by Sunday evening of each week.  Most of our trainer’s are firefighters, police officers, or in the military and also work in their profession, so the trainer who will train a block of classes will vary.  Please check the schedule often to check class times and who is training.  All of our trainer’s are experienced CrossFit certified trainers.

  • Use the arrows at the top left of the schedule to toggle back and forth between weeks to view more class times.
  • All classes are Group WODs, unless specified on the schedule
  • If a class time is canceled, it will be posted on the daily blog.
