1. Overhead Squat

Increase weight each set (5 sets)

2. AMRAP in 15 min:
7 Hand Release Push Ups
7 Deadlifts (bodyweight or 50% of 1RM)
7 Wall Balls (20/14)
21 Double Unders

3. Practice for 10 min:
Ring Rows
Bent Over Barbell Rows (under-hand grip)

4 Sets of 8 Reps (alternating between movements)
